Spongy Biscuits...

Good Morning DSM,
Biscuits are known for their crunchiness so decided to make softer biscuits with crunchy edges and spongy in the middle. We weren't sure about the end product so we went for oval and round biscuits, trust me they are amazing.

They are very light biscuits but when soak them into tea or milk they absorb the liquid perfectly to give you the flavor you desire.  

Banana Bread...

Good morning DSM,

Its time to put your taste buds to an active mode. As you know that bread is part of our menu, we decided to share with you the types of bread that we make. You have already seen the buns and french bread today we made  BANANA BREAD. It is a rather unusual treat but the taste is amazing and you can smell and taste the fresh bananas and their sweetness in every bite...such a delicious combination.

 This bread is very light and sweet(the sweetness from the bananas) and the great thing about it is you can treat it as a any other bread and when a slice has a melting ice cream on top...mmh mmh mmh, trust me it is a perfect dessert you would want to keep on your mind every time you thing of a three coursed meal...
