Eating healthy....Let's make it count!!

Although there is nothing wrong with spoiling ourselves with junk food we really need to control the level of in take.

I have been inspired by someone so close to my heart and i really want to focus on eating healthy, that is why i had to write about it as i want to share with you each and every meal that i will be making for myself ...this is a personal journey that i am willing to take from now on...will try my best to make it as vegetarian as possible although am not promising anything...lols.
