BREAKFAST TREAT

In every weekend morning i crave something creamy and runny and crunchy without forgetting a cup of tea,

i have an urge to spoil myself to the fullest,

so this is what i had to go for...

crunchy fried potato cubes with runny fried eggs all under a desirable tomato sauce...mmmh i could have this meal for lunch and dinner if i had a choice...

if you haven't tried it...you are missing out on the best breakfast treat ever!!

SPRING SALAD

THERE IS NOTHING MORE AMAZING THAN A CRUNCHY SALAD WITH FRESH AND HEALTHY INGREDIENTS

SUPER ADDICTIVE... 

 CRUNCHY LETTUCE, GREEN BEANS CHICKEN BREAST, PURPLE CABBAGE WITH A SLIGHT PEPPERY YET CREAMY DRESSING...

SIMPLY PERFECT.

Crunchy salads have always been "the bom" ....

Not only easy to manipulate but also good for your metabolism, but diet isn't a very comfortable subject to me although i do like healthy food...lols!

Basically this is one of my favorite salads, super easy to put together and no dressing required...the moisture from the scrambled eggs gives you full satisfaction plus the creamy avocado uuuh... party in your mouth.

Please keep in mind that salads are evolving so get ready as i will be sharing other favorites soon...

It has really been a while but a little while is all we needed to observe and conquer more flavors to satisfy our special cravings....

To me...breakfast is everything...if i miss it i feel left out, incomplete and sometimes less active...it can be just a cup of coffee, an apple or something else more complex...lols! you know what i mean... 

We can crave anything for breakfast and there is no reason why we should have them,
