OUR FRENCH LOAF RECIPE


INGREDIENTS:
2 and a half cups of flour
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pack of yeast

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees
Mix all the dry ingredients with warm water until forms a dough
Put the elastic non stick dough in an oiled bowl 
Leave it for an hour to rise
Cut the dough in three and roll then in a braid like structure
Oil the baking pan lightly 
Put the braided dough
Sprinkle some sugar on top then bake for 30 minutes.

Potato Pie...

  This pie is full of surprises and can be made with a filling of your choosing but in this case we are sharing with you our potato pie, crunchy, sweet and abit salty at the same time...we all know what happens when the three meet together  :)...
